RIPOFF LIARS!!!!

My husband and I went into Furnish 123 and purchased couch for $1700 and was told it would be delivered in 10 to 15 days. We were notified that our purchase would be delivered on October 12, 2013, so we waited all day Saturday for delivery. Delivery truck shows up and only one part of sectional couch is new and wrapped up, other sections were not new and wrapped up, they were old and dirty. Another problem was our set was not complete. My husband sent furniture back and went to store to complain and sales associate Fernando lied right to his face saying he told us our set would be actual set from showroom. Fernando was the same associate who said our set WOULD BE from warehouse!! Fernando and FURNISH 123 ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!!!!! FURNISH 123 WILL NOT EVEN REFUND OR $170O!!!Furnish 123 are now "supposedly" going out of business which means bankruptcy protects them and keeps them from refunding customers!! We have large family and my husband is retired military and that money they stole from us, was money from my husband's VA disability !!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FURNISH 123 STORES ANYWHERE!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!!!!! Do not understand why I have to rate this business with stars to get my review posted?? Furnish 123 deserves negative number rating, NO STARS !!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. We placed our order 6 weeks ago with the promise that it would arrive in 3 weeks. After many phone calls and visits to the store they continually promise that our order will arrive. This place is not worth the hassle, not if you actually want furniture. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. Don't waste your time.

I shopped there and had a great experience. I was surprised reading some of the reviews where people had bad experiences as I was given great service and got my furniture when promised. I will definitely go back~

I will NEVER shop here again. ...

I will NEVER shop here again. We had a wonderful initial experience in the store. We were delivered half of our order and it was broken upon delivery. We have had two months now of unfulfilled promises from the store and the owner himself. We still do not have the other half of our order and the half we have is still broke. We are at the point of involving our lawyer.

Do not buy anything from this store. The service is awful, because of their no refund policy. Once you sign the papers you are stuck. Bought furniture on July 22, 2011, cash, and were promised delivery by August 7, 2011. It is now August 22 and nothing yet. Management did not even bother to call me, to let me know there were any problems. I regret ever stepping foot into this store. Do yourself a favor and never shop there, they don't deserve your buisness.

Do NOT purchase from this place!! TERRIBLE Sales Rep. Nicole, TERRIBLE Store Manager who encourages her to degrade clients. We went to purchase bedroom set announced on the paper, got there, as soon as we walked in there was no welcome, this Nicole was extreamly unfriendly & arrogant. We picked our furniture and went to go pay in full (no finance). First we we told we couldn't pay with check if we wanted the item to be available for immediate pickup (we went to go pickup) as they had to wait until the check cleared before releasing the item. Understandable, so we went ahead and paid with a debit card. Over the weekend we went to go pick up the item at the warehouse where we were told that the item had been given to someone else leaving them out of stock. We were told to pick something else in its place, that they had many colors to choose from. (what are these people thinking!) When we went back to the store, this Nicole was laughing at us (loud) making fun of us. (who knows why). Then we asked for the store manager who wasn't any help either, he was smiling with Nicole (makes me wonder if they have something going on, otherwise, what manager feeds bad customer service?) This manager said he wasn't going to refund the money because because they have a no refund policy. the thing is that we NEVER got out furniture, aren't they stealing from us? Also, we told the manager that this store isn't getting any referrals from us and his responnse was, " We don't need referrals, we already have our clients."

THe service was great I had to...

THe service was great I had to wait a long time just for the to finish my app.I went in at 3:40 and left at 7:00.To top it off it was unbearable in there there something wrong with there air conditoner it was 80 degrees in there.I had my 17 mth old son and my 8 yr old daughter. One of the young lady told free delivery then she charge me also.My invoice is incorrect I gave a downpayment and didnt even reflect on my balance.So guess what tomorrow I have to go in but instead of correcting it I'm going to cancel.For me to wait that long and for paper work to be incorrect is just absurd.To top it off there sign say 199 for coffee tables they charge me 300 and I tell them that it says 199 just because he was going to have to redo the paper work he didnt want to give me that price.Im a really nice person sometimes I should learn to speak up for myself.Lucky the other lady was nice so she fix it. I would never treat a customer that way oh and by the way it was me and another couple so it wasnt because there were lots of customers that I waited so long.
