First Nail

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. I had seen the First Nail pedicure special sign on the banner and stopped in to ask for a business card and let them know that I would be back the next day around the same time. They said oh sure you don't need an appointment. The next day which was 10/12/15 I came in with my sister and asked for the pedicure special and a color change. They showed me to the back and asked me to put my feet in the water. My feet were in the water for about 10 minutes while I waited for them to finish up with the other customers. My sister was in the front with the older lady, when another customer walked in to inquire about the price for a solar set and asked my sister what she was doing. There started to be a commotion so I removed my feet from the water and walked up to the front to see what was going on. The older lady who supposedly did not "speak English" had told my teenage sister to paint her own nails! The customers who had never been there were shock as so was I when we heard that she was given directions to paint her own nails! The customers that came in were so upset that the requested that someone call the store manager. After the manager arrived we explained what happened and the nail technician then told him that we needed to pay for the work that my sister had painted HERSELF after receiving direction from the front desk attendant TO DO! After the other customers over heard the conversation, they told the manager named Henry that that was not fair and that we should receive a complementary service. Henry said the only thing that he could do was give me a discount of $22 for my pedicure which Had not even been done, and which was more than what the sign said out side which is what I had originally came for plus a color change. Within the 30 minutes that we were there I wasn't even offered faster service or a "hey we can fix it right now". Instead I was told you can come back tomorrow which would not work for me because this was our only holiday off. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE! I would also never recommend coming here to anyone. This business has no integrity or customer service values. I mentioned to him that I would be writing a review on my blog and other sites about how bad my service was and he still did nothing to fix the situation.
