F.Y.E hates children

I recently visited the F.Y.E. store last Wednesday March 17, 2010. I went into this store because I was trying to purchase tickets for Disney On Ice, a showing that was at the Alamodome. I knew this store sold ticket master tickets because I was a long time customer of F.Y.E and I thought how convenient that I could buy tickets at this location. When I first entered this store, I went to the counter to inquire about the tickets and the sales representative informed me that he could not sell me the tickets, only his manager could and his manager was on break at the moment. He stated if I wanted to come back, his manager would be back in 15 minutes. I replied ok and I left with my son, my best friend and her daughter. We went to the Disney Store to make a purchase, and came back 15 minutes later to the store. When I asked the representative if his manager was back from break, he stated yes, his manager was clocked in but he did not know where he was. He then left to the back to go see if he was there, and then came back with his manger who’s name was Bret. Bret asked who was interested in buying the tickets for the event and we stated ourselves. Bret asked for us to go over to the other counter. He asked for which day we wanted the tickets and what time. We gave our response and Bret gave us ticket information. I asked Bret if there was some type of seating chart that we could look at he and pulled up the chart. He stated if we wanted, we could go behind the counter and look at the chart. We went behind the counter, we were looking at the screen and suddenly it went blank. It seemed that my best friend’s daughter pushed some type of button and the computer shut down. Bret brought it back up and I apologized for the event. Bret stated that he had to call to bring the information back up and we stated fine. Mean while, we were looking at the candy selection in the front of the counter, when Bret told us if we could take the kids outside. I did not understand if he was talking to us because there was a gentleman there with his 2 children as well. We stood in line to pay for the candy and Bret again stated if we could take the children outside. We stated we were waiting to pay for the candy, Bret continued with the purchase and we left. I still cannot put my mind to why we were asked to take the children outside. The children were not knocking over anything; they couldn’t be louder than the music in the store. I was appalled and went back into the store and asked the representative for the cooperate number. Bret gave me the number to the store and stated the system would be back up in 30 minutes. We walked outside of the store called the number, and low and behold that’s how we found out it was the number to the store. We called another F.Y.E store and they gave us the cooperate number. I then called the cooperate number and could not get through to a customer service representative to make a compliant. The automated system stated to leave my message, and a call would be returned. To this day, a week later, I have never received a call.
