No problems with my rental until after I turned the car in. I had what I thought was a simple problem when I returned a rental van- I left my gate opener on the visor. Long story short, I called less than 24hrs. after returning the van and no one knew how to locate the van and no one knew which "black van" I had rented. After many phone calls, none of which were returned as promised, and 2 visits to enterprise, the gate opener is lost. I assumed it would be an easy phone call to the new renter to state that I had left a belonging clipped to the visor and would like it to be returned intact. The customer service I received was terrible. I was promised a return phone call by 2 people- never happened. No one seemed to care how valuable this item was to me. It should have been an easy fix, but no one could tell which van I rented, when it was coming back, or what happened to my remote. Never again will I use enterprise.
