Evil witch answering the phone. Not taking my animal there. Thanks for showing your true colors, sounds mean and being RUDE to me. Thanks, but no thanks.

I took my pet to the center and the staff was great but I had problems getting my pets records. I could not get a hold of anyone besides Vicky who always answered the phone and told me no one was available and her supervisor was not in. I called all the different locations and she kept answering the phone. I paid thousands of dollars and i was disappointed to find I could not email them or post to their Facebook to get help. I wanted my pets records and they misspelled his name and put the wrong owner and refused to help. When I insisted the only person who answers the phone just said "can't be done and I not going through this and hung up every time from morning to night she always answered and hung up. It sad the lack of compassion I was given when I live out of state and my pet died at the center.

Worst experience at an emergency vet that I have ever had! Though the first doctor, Dr. Bauer, was wonderful and so was Amanda the front office staff. However when the morning shift came on, between the rude front office girl, whose name I was unable to get from her… And the inattentive Dr. Armstrong who failed to read my.dogs records to show that surgery had been performed on her a year ago and she had short bowel syndrome. That should've played a large part in her treatment plan. But she disputed that fact even though earlier Dr. Bauer, who apparently did read her records, concurred. I am a pet sitter and I network with many other pet sitters & veterinarians and I will definitely be sharing this negative experience with them. This is in no way the type of service or treatment one sould receive from an emergency clinic are you are spending over $1000, or anywhere for that matter! I would never refer anyone here!

Emergency Care - Par Excellance

We brought our dog in around midnight on Sunday. He was having difficulty breathing. Their staff immediately took over. We were most surprised with the great service and thorough explanation of our pet's condition. Dr Jung seemed to truly care about our dog. Hopefully we (and you) will never have to use their facility, but if you have a pet emergency, don't think twice about bringing your animal here. Simply the best!

Well Staffed and Always Dependable

This is an EMERGENCY Pet Clinic. We've been taking our cats and dogs there since 1995, and they have always made an outstanding effort to treat and save our pets in the middle of the night and on weekends. Pets are immediately triaged, and the most emergent ones are tended to immediately. My wife and I sincerely thank all of the staff over these years for taking such excellent care of our pets.
