El Maracumbe II

the waiter was very good and the food was great. the only thing that was bad was the way the owner acted he was so rude to me i will not go back.

My family and I have been eating at ElMaracumbe for over 20 years! The food is always tasty and fresh. I love the shrimp and spinach enchilla plates. The tortillas are homemade daily by their tortilla lady. The margaritas and flan are pretty yummy too. El Maracume has a cozy, friendly and comfortable atmosphere for couples, families and big parties (yes, they have a party room too)! The prices are very reasonable too. Since it has been in busines for over 30 years, with lots of great news paper reviews, it is definitely a jewel of the San Antonio community.

I always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and delicious food at El Maracumbe.

The menu offers a wide variety of tex-mex options-including lots of combination plates which I always appreciate.

The tortillas are fantastic.
