We had our office relocated really fast. They inventoried our items, put labels on them and even drew out a floor plan to avoid any confusion. The extra mile they went to make our move easier was so appreciated.

They came in and took the precautions\r necessary to protect the carpet, furniture\r and walls. It was nice to have such\r considerate movers.
They showed up to our office prepared and\r motivated to work. We went over plans to\r relocate the office efficiently and\r everything went smoothly.
Horribe horrible horrible service!!! The worst buying experience I have EVER had! My husband and I bought a washer & dryer set at Home Depot. It was to be delivered a week and a half later by EDC. Which to me was too long especially being that our washer went out and we would be doing without but we could not pass up the deal HD offered us. Received a phone call the night before as promised that they would be deliverd the next day between 5-9pm. Received a call at 8pm on the date of delivery that they were running behind and wanted to reshedule for the following Tuesday. I said absolutely not we will wait up. She said they would be there in a few hours. We stayed up until midnight and they were a no show. I called Home Depot this morning (the following day) and they were completely unaware and are helping me out. However EDC is being impossible. Their call reps are RUDE and they seem to just simply not care! I have had to cancel my plans for this weekend and it's looks as if I will now have to go to a laundry mat. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will say that HD has been completely helpful however they really should rethink who they have delivering their products!!!
I had heard from many people that EDC Moving Systems was their mover of choice. I tried them and found out why! Fast courteous and professional, this company was on time, their people were polite and well trained. The move came in lower than was estimated and I did not need to file a claim as there were no damages. I got my second chance to use their delivery service when I ordered new appliances. They called the day before and again 2 hours before they arrived to install my new refrigerator. They took care of my home and treated it like it was their own. These people are fantastic! Kudos to their bosses who hired and trained such great people! I will use them again when I retire.
Terrible processesmake them unacceptably slow. It took them over a WEEK to deliver a single box IN TOWN. Yep, that's right, a full week to get across town. What takes most shipping companies a day or at the most two, takes this company an entire week.\r \r Avoid any company who uses them like the plague. Those companies would be HomeDirectUSA, Wal-Mart and others.
