        Cesar is amazing!

        By far one of the best, if not, THE BEST tattoo artist I have ever had the pleasure of getting tattooed by! I gave him my idea and he drew me a custom tattoo that definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend him and I'm definitely going back for more work!!!

        KRIS IS THE BEST!!!

        I WENT TO ECCENTRIC TATTOO STUDIO WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE 90 AND MILITARY AND THE ARTIST KRIS DID THE BEST LETTERING ON MY WRIST'S!! IM DEFFINATLY GOING TO HIM FROM NOW ON!!!
