Diva's African Hair Braiding

Diva's African Hair Braiding is by far the most customer service oriented, professional salons I've been to here in San Antonio! I've had my hair braided three times this year (all at different salons) and my recent experience at Diva's was by far THE BEST! Their quality of work and pricing is second to none. During my visit, all technicians were friendly, courteous, and listened to the desires of their customers. A couple of days after my visit, I realized there was a problem with my debit transaction that resulted in a serious overpayment to the salon. I immediately contacted the salon, they reviewed their transactions, and promptly provided a refund of the amount overpaid by my bank. I even received multiple apologies for something that was a simple mistake. THESE ARE HONEST PEOPLE. It's hard to find salons where the quality of work is good, pricing is reasonable, and the staff is truthful. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend their services to others.

I highly recommend this hair salon. I have been coming to them for 3 years now. Their braiding is amazing. My hair has lasted 3 months while I was in basic. Afterwards I started getting sew-ins and they have been great. My hair looks so natural especially when I get a full sew in ( I recommend getting an invisible part closure of you're going that route). They always finish within expected time. These ladies know exactly what they are doing.

I don't about the experience of the previous review, but they do not misrepresent their products. I guess you get what you pay for. They have synthetic hair and 100% human hair and the price is way different on those two.

I have had my hair braided at many other places in different states, but this shop is way better in quality work than any other I have ever been to.

The braiders are very friendly, courteous and professional. They do like to speak in their thongs must of the time, so I sometimes felt left out, then again, if I was in a foreign land and was working with some fellow countrymen/women we must likely will be speaking English. I have recommended this place to many other friends whom are also pleased with their braids. I will go back again,again and again.
