        This store has the rudest staff of any bridal store I've shopped at. If I could rate them a zero I would. From the incompetent manager to the incapable staff running around not knowing their policies, not knowing policies, and making you feel like YOU need them and not the other way around...Even my MOH was shocked & gave us both a HUGE headache AND, if you want to contact Corporate... good luck! The store across No Star Mall is not much different. When you first walk in, shop and PAY, then you're no longer important to them. Got stuck with them, and my bridesmaids, but I would never refer any future bride here. Oh, and they LIKE to argue? Ruined one of my happiest shopping days.....Still bought the gown, and it is beautiful, but would have settled for less in my gown & traded it for great Customer Service! Go somewhere else brides.....
