Cruzan Catering

Ordered baja tacos and la changa with a side order of popcorn cauliflower. TOOK 40 MINUTES! There were only 2 tables including mine seated (4 ppl total). While I was waiting for my food I could hear the chef complaining from the back (kitchen?) about my request for no onions. Very rude! My appetizer did not come out until AFTER my tacos and the cauliflower was burnt and did not taste fresh. I also requested some ranch dressing for the badly tasting cauliflower which took an additional 10 minutes to receive. Will NOT be eating here again.

I have order boxed lunches from them for several different meetings. We have always been pleased with their service and delivery. Their food is AMAZING and healthy. They use organic and natural produce catering to my vegan needs also. It comes in handy when you have to worry about feeding so many different people with such different tastes.

Excellent class. I really like the cooking class I took with Chef Keith. He makes cooking fun and easy. I recommend his class to people of all ages. I especially liked the way the explained the importance of experimenting with spices when you are on a low sodium diet and the food takes bland without the salt. I learned a lot from him and his pretty wife.

I had a blast!. The best cooking class, I've ever taken. The chef was so calm and relaxed and really knew his stuff. I've never enjoyed cooking so much and the time went by so quickly but the best part was that I walked out with dinner for me and my sweet hubby. I took the Thai w/Mexican fusion class and I can't wait to attend my next class. I took the class because I wanted to do something for me but my husband says it is the best investment I've ever made. I enjoyed the class but we both rip the benefits. hum... I wonder if he's making a crack about my cooking. No matter--take the class your family will be thrilled you did.

For years, I've watched TV cooking shows and dreamt of taking a cooking class with a professional chef so when I saw the advertisement for a cooking class, I anixously sign up for the class. Chef Cruzan was informative, knowledgable and up beat. This was the first time, I've ever taken a cooking class and I loved it. I try and plan my trips to San Antonio on the days Cruzan Catering is offering a another cooking class. If you have an opportunity to take one of Chef Cruzan's class do it--he will inspire you to take ownship of your kitchen and make something to wow your family.

My friends and I did a private cooking party for a bridal party and we loved having something new and fun to do. the food was amazing and the staff was very professional. I definitely plan on using them in the future
