        Father and Son team. Great people. Honest and stand behind their work. Great product support. Easy to get a hold of and instant replies. Would definitely recommend without reservation.

        My wife and I visited several ...

        My wife and I visited several stores looking for a Primo XL oval grill. We visited stores in San Antonio, and even a couple in Austin, until we located Cozy Outdoor Escapes, where we met the owners, a father and son named Dale and Travis, respectively. These guys weren't pushy, they were real. We ended up buying a Primo XL from them on Memorial Day weekend. They could see that my wife really, really wanted the grill delivered that same day. We also knew that because it was a holiday weekend they, too, had plans with their families. Nonetheless, Dale and Travis delivered the grill to our house and set it up. In a day and age where customer service is becoming a distant memory, it was great to deal with these guys. As such, I highly recommend them.
