Connie's Hair Stylists

I purchased a groupon & called to make an appointment. They said that the girl for the groupon wasn't there on the day that I needed & to return the groupon but they will still honor the service and price. What? Ok, whatever. I did it. I call to confirm my appointment the day before and they couldn't seem to find me. "I'll call you back" is what the girl tells me, but of course she doesn't. I call back & appointment confirmed. The day of the appointment, less than an hour before, they call me to reschedule for a later time. Fine. I go in at the time that they wanted and still had to wait 40 extra minutes just to get into their chair. I was disappointed when I got there. The place is kinda a dump. It was odd how the 3 stylists kept huddling together for the client's coloring. I was wondering if there might've been one or two that didn't know what they were doing. Anyways, I'm finally in the chair and going over colors with the only girl of the 3 who spoke English. She tells one of the ladies who tells her back that it's going to be an extra $30 for the overall color. No no no. I pull up a copy of what the groupon was & they tell me that the ..."and color" part listed was only for touch-ups. It didn't say that, but fine. I agreed to the touch-ups, but the other lady chimed in again to say that it would be an extra $20. No way. Shysters. I said I was going to cut things here & leave because it was not what was agreed upon. I mentioned that we had already talked about this when making the appointment and none of this was mentioned. The girl who spoke English just said, "Okay! Have a great day!" It was very bothersome how chipper she was with losing business. They must be better off than their office digs suggest. Evidently, they don't need the money.
