        They've Never Let me Down!

        I've been going to Clear Springs since I moved to SA in 2002 and they have always had great food and excellent service. I normally get the Shrimp Trio which is fried shrimp, grilled shrimp and shrimp brochette. Last night I decided to change things up and I must say it was an excellent choice.



        First we had their awesome onion rings and the fried pickles. I was surprised to find out that the fried pickles were really tasty. As an entree I had the Pan Seared Tilapia with Lemon Butter Sauce and I added shrimp on top. My fiancée had the Charbroiled Mahi with Dijon Peppercorn Sauce and shrimp on top as well. Needless to say he ate all of his food and was not disappointed at all. I enjoyed my dish as well but I wasn't even close to finishing any of my food. I'm sure they will make great leftovers!

        Excellent Catfish!

        This restaurant is known for their catfish and now I know why! My family went there the other day and it was pretty amazing. I don't know why we haven't gone there before. It is kind of hidden but if you google it you can find it. It is definitely worth going and trying it!

        This restaurant is my choice for country fried catfish. It is the best and you don't leave hungry. The fish is fried to perfection, with a tasty batter that won't let go of your tastebuds! Like Catfish? Try Clear Springs Restaurant.
