        I recently went in to try to get a loan for an rental application I needed to do, my wife and I already had pawned for a loan before in the same item and just needed10$ more to be complete ,so after the shift leader looked up the item she said she could only do 40 , we asked if she could do50, she replied with a snicker "I said I could only do 40", so we decided to try somewhere else. I then told her that she was losing good business which she then replied she didn't care, I then repeated to her so you don't care if you lose business? She said "no not today" I said" ok Gina Gomez I will remember that when I makes my complaint. I also had just recently bought a ring from there, but never again will I do business at this store again because of this one person. The place across the street has my business now...thank for your rude service ,I got better service somewhere else. I rate this no stars but it wouldn't let me in order to post.
