Capparelli's Pizza & Italian Food

This place is TERRIBLE! Roaches as far as the eye can see. Everything is DIRTY from the plates, the silverware, the glasses, even the wine glasses! The service and the management is HORRIBLE and are never there. This place is NEVER going to change.Why does the "cook" come out, who smells like beer, and socialize with us? If I wanted to talk to a bum, I saw one on the corner of Babcock and Huebner. This "cook" is rude, obnoxious, and apparently an alcoholic who drinks at work? I'm sure the T.A.B.C. and the health inspector would love to know about this. How come we never get receipts with our meals? Am I suppose to believe these "servers" who are nothing but teenagers?! Who hired these idiots? This place SUCKS. Just stay away unless you LOVE roaches, kids who do NOT pay attention to your order, dirty silverware, cold food, and just DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. They're probably going out of business soon anyways. That would be the best ever. Go somewhere else for the upcoming Valentine's Day celebration.

Don't go here for the service! But, the pizza is GREAT!!!

I agree with the other reviews that sometimes the service isn't the best or the fastest, but once your food arrives, it is GREAT! Especially the pizza - well worth the wait. This is a nice neighborhood place - if you want a fancy restaurant, where the waitstaff is in your face all the time, then this isn't the place for you; BUT, if you like good food at a reasonable price, that is family friendly, this is the place for you. We go here once or twice a month and the staff gets more friendly each time, we go.

What the hell has happened to this place? It used to be nice coming to dine here. We quit going for many reasons untill the other (thursday) day becuase my inlaws wanted to eat there. BIG MISTAKE! Food took forever and was colder than our waitstaff. I expected all of this because it is not the first time. Shame on me for trying again. This place is not going to change evidently! I can't comment on how great the food was, becuase it was cold and tasteless, but i can say that it used to be really good. I know things and places change, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. In this case, THE WORSE! By the way your lucky that i even left the amount of tip that i did.Try smiling or even a hello or THANK YOU.Seems like everyone is related to one another and too busy yelling at each other. So to call and complain which i have, gets you nowhere! SO IF YOU HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOTHER CALLING, IT DOES NO GOOD!

I have been here 6 times in hopes that the service would not be the same time and time again, but i guess i was wrong! The food is not bad, but the place smells gross and the service is the worst that i have ever experienced in all my life. The waitress with the blonde hair has about as much personality as a zombie. The old man with white hair seems like he would rather be at the bar next to capparelli's. But most of all ,these two argued most of the time instead of taking care of my family and i as well as all the other patrons dinning. When i see that they are there working we go somewhere else. Which seems to be all the time becuase these two are always there it seems.

If i wanted to be treated like unimportant crap, i would go to "Dicks" on the river walk. But that is expected there, that is part of the dinning experience. To be honest, you have a great time at DICKS.

Maybe capparelli's should change there name to something similar.

I would never and i do not recommend this location or the one on evers rd. All the others are fine just not these two locations.

I would love to come eat here one day again as long as there was new wait staff. But that seems more like a dream than a reality.

By the way i would just like to say that the pizza is great as well as the salad dressing!

I will keep ordering take out as often as i can.
