Bridal Galleria

I made an appointment to try on some dresses with my maid of honor, I arrived just in time yet they made me wait untill they were ready to tend to me. The ladies were rude, sarcastic, and pretty much no help. The lady they had assigned to help me try on wedding gowns was treating me like I was stupid and she was even getting after me like I was a kid. She insulted me the whole time and and never showed me what the dresses that I wanted to see or try on, she only showed me what she wanted to show me and didn't listen to a word I said and kept bringing me dresses that I didn't care to much for. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one!!!!

I went in for an appointment and the sales consultant hovered over me the whole time I was picking on dresses and trying them on. They were also rude about me being early for my appointment when no one was even there. A friend of mine walked in - she's a size 12 in regular clothes - and they tell her they don't have anything that will fit her and to go to David's Bridal because they have big sizes. What the heck? Save your time. Don't go here. You'll only leave unhappy.

I walked into this store and was not greeted for over 30 minutes. When I finally asked for help the associate told me it was by appointment only. She didnt even get up from behind the register. She was very rude and made my shopping experience horrible. I had selected 5 gowns I wanted to try on and left the store without trying them on. I explained to the associate how terrible I felt that no one greeted me when I entered to inform me. She very rudely stated the information was on the door. Needless to say I will not be shopping there.
