Bike City

I took my Trek 4300 2006 and my Kona Kilauea in for repairs. They charged me 256.00 for both bikes, they also switch out my original parts for cheaper ones petals bars on both bikes , pedals on one, the sprockets and derailers on the trek. They did not true any of the tires or extend my handle bars they talked me into replacing them and then were going to keep the original handle bars. I WILL NEVER HAVE MY BIKES THERE AGAIN. IF YOU TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT PARTS YOU HAVE AND WHICH ONES THEY REPLACE AND DONT FORGET TO GET THE OLD PARTS CAUSE YOUR NOT PAYING THEM TO KEEP YOUR OLD PARTS. THE HANDLE BARS FOR MY KONA WERE ORIGINAL I TOOK THEM WITH ME. I PAID THEM AND TOLD THEM I WAS NOT HAPPY AND WOULD BE WRITING THIS REVEIW. STICKY BRAKES WARPPED TIRES AND A SHIFTER THAT WOULDNT SHIFT INTO THIRD GEAR AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A BAR TO EXTEND THE HANDLE BARS. CHEAP WORK AND THEY SWITCHED OUT PARTS BEWARE TAKE PICTURES.

VERY POOR WORK! OVERLY PRICED BIKES AND REPAIRS!!!!

my friend took my bike to get a wheel fixed when i wen to pick it up they gave me a higher price than the appraisal! plus THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING THEY FIX EVEN IF YOU DONT TELL THEM TO FIX IT. i took a perfectly working bike and by the time i picked it up it was ruined by cheap parts and messy job! (BIKE WORLD, is a better option with better bikes and cheaper repairs!!! and they guarantee their work. and if is an easy fix they will show you how. unlike this terrible place called "bike city"

I bought my first mountain bike here and, by far, I'm not disappointed at all. I talked to Luis Whittman at Bike City and he recommended the right bike for the money I wanted to spend. I still did my research and shopped around for several weeks and ended up right back where I started... at Bike City. These guys know all about bikes, (for they're riders themselves) honest, straight forward and will fit you with the best bike for your acquired needs and your budget.

Well lets start out with the Owner, Charles or CP. What a great guy, he has a great personality and is very knowledgeable of his products. The mechanics / staff are excellent also.They have some unique products. I would highly recommend this bicycle shop for their bikes and service.
