Best House Cleaning Solutions

Don't use this place for house cleaning, especially if you Need it for a party or house guests. They don't complete the work that is promised and don't speak english. Simple house cleaning like sweeping, dusting and mirrors weren't done. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money at all.

Do Not use them. I agree w/ Anonom. same exact thing. purchased deal through Living Social. SAME instances happened. No baseboards either & Everything was "extra". Including the $20 the girl asked for before leaving FOR GAS! Broke an item, I heard glass break, but wasn't sure what it was, and she didn't say anything, didn't tell me until alreay loaded up and walking out the door. She also said she could not get soap scum out of bathtub, so it wasn't going to get clean, she gave up. 1 girl spoke little to NO english, other spokee NO english, which made very difficult to communicate or to even explain about what was needed/expected/wanted. And I do understand very little spanish, and sure understood what they were saying about my home and certain things, not nice things either!! There were so many things noted/listed that would be done and not many of them got done. And sadly, I as well had to go right behind them and clean up after left. THAT should NOT need be done! Especially after PAYING someone to come in and do it. It was very sloppy work and not friendly at all. what bothered me the MOST is when my husband stepped in shower, 1st foot in, he slipped an fell. There was some sort of cleaning product on tub floor. I have NO IDEA what it was, but I do know it was blue and Not bleach (as they say is ONLY thing used to clean bathtubs). He was injured badly and not to mention a ripped down shower curtain & rod and fixtures! THAT is when I decided to contact them. And low and behold....she Refused to listen to me, very angry that I called, defended her employees and would not let me get a word in edgewise. And I was very calm with her and she - Sandra - was not very customer friendly nor concerned person. she just did not want to hear me. I have since been able to contact them, nor heard back from anyone. Poor business. Poor custromer service. poor quality of work.

I got a deal through Living Social for $60, receive an entire house cleaning, including up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a home up to 2,500 square feet (regularly $120.) The deal stated "the clean team that comes to your home will ensure no stone -- or rug -- is left unturned, as they work on everything from windows and fans to cabinets and baseboards." Then when they came, the lady said baseboards were extra. They didn't touch the windows or wipe down the baseboards. I paid extra for the fridge to be cleaned and it was not. There were still lots of spots and I had to clean it again. When I called to say that the ad said windows and baseboards were supposed to be included, they said they were extra even though there was nothing in the deal that said that. They even admitted that there were no exclusions listed. They were not helpful or considerate.

They are efficient, thorough and very nice to us.
