Avis Rent A Car

Beware when renting from Avis in Culebra. The manager from there Mitzy Perez is a THIEF. Our luggage was stollen from this location. When we came back to get the luggage Mitzy Perez said she did not know what had happenned to it. She was the only one with a key to the storage room. How can AVis have thief like Mitzy Perez working for them? Will not rent from AVIS ever again!!!
