Aqua Ewp

Aqua EWP is a poorly run business that has horrible customer service. I bought a Water Genie for $550, it never worked as advertised, I got almost no support, returned it, was told it was out of warranty (even though my first contact to Bob with my problems was well within the warranty), and it was kept by them. So I am out $550 + return shipping, and don't even have the Water Genie any more, because they would not return it to me. WATCH OUT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
