House of pizza

Horrible!!!!!!! Service sucks and alone with everything else. Trust me stick with the main pizza chain because at least you know what to expect!!!!!

Horrible food. Horrible service DO NOT EAT HERE. I was served raw wings and Bob and Art were so rude refused to reimburse me or even speak to me about it, Bob simply hung up in my face

While visiting San Antonio I decided to try Angelo Pizzeria after receiving there coupons at my hotel room. I was tired and didn't feel like going out to eat. I ordered my pizza at around 8pm and didn't receive it until 10:45pm. I received a cold pizza and no drink, that I had ordered. I was told that the pizza was $12 and gave them a credit card to charge it on. The driver wanted for me to pay again because the credit card machine was not working and I had no cash. I complained to the driver that the pizza was cold and he said ok then just pay me $5. I called the business to complain about the pizza being cold and waiting close to 3 hours for the pizza and he said he would reimburse my card. Well a couple of days later my wife checks the checking account and Angelo's pizzeria charged me $25. I've called several times trying to get my money back and all they do is put me on hold.

This is the worst food we’ve ever tasted. We ordered Gyros, what we received is a slice of cold meat wrapped in THICK bread with little cucumber cubes inside. It was cold, dry and out right nasty…far from typical Gyros. As part of the meal salad and bread came with it but the salad had black dead lettuce and other unwanted things. The bread could hardly be chewed.



Supposedly delicious pasta was with nothing but spaghetti with SOUR tomato sauce. My children couldn’t take more than few bites…

Menu item described to be quite appetizing, but in reality wastage of money while stayed hungry. I’ll NEVER order in this place and would be happy to caution others as well

I don't even know how the food is but the service is absolutly horrible. I called at the time they opened(1:00p.m.) and got no answer. I called back at about 1:30 and got an answer. I ordered the specials listed on the flyer that I had received in my home. The person who answered the phone quoted me a price way higher than that that was listed on the flyer. I told him about the flyer and he said that the price he quoted me was the correct one and that he would not honor the flyer. Mind you I ordered a gyro which was listed on the flyer for 8.99( which I thought was a ridiculous price to begin with) then he gives me a price of 11.00. Wow. So I asked him to cancel the gyro order and just give me a pizza. He stated "why don't I just cancel the entire order since you don't like our prices." I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. I asked if I could speak with the owner and he stated that the owner does not speak to customers. This was a horrible experience. I will never attempt to order from this place again.
