Amish Oak In Texas

This is so sad and I hope no one has to go through the head aches we are currently going through. We bought a table, 6 chairs and a bed frame from them. It took longer to make then they had quoted. We went back to have a second leaf made for the table - WHAT A MISTAKE! They needed the original leaf in order to match it. They kept the leaf THREE months, when the new leaf (and the old leaf arrived, not only was it the WRONG COLOR, but the EDGES did not even match. We took both leaves back, and the new leaf was promised to be completed in a set amount of time - IT WASN'T. When we tried the new leaf in the table - it is still the WRONG COLOR and it DOESN'T FIT!!! We are without the leaf 4 months and now have to go back and go through the process again!!! We asked for compensation for all the mistakes they are making. They offered a 5% discount off our next purchase of $250. What do you think of that? They want us to buy more furniture from them and not even cover the cost of tax as compensation???? Buyer Beware!
