Allstar Towing

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO STAR RATING IF POSSIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I CALLED ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON AFTER SEEING GOOD REVIEWS FOR THEM. THEY GUY WHO ANSWERED ASKED FOR MY LOCATION THEN SAID "I DON'T SERVICE THAT AREA" AND HUNG UP ON ME. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SAY THAT THEIR WEBSITE STATES MY AREA IS SERVICED. LUCKILY MY VEHICLE WAS AT MY HOME - WHAT IF I HAD BEEN STRANDED SOMEWHERE?? HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Exceeding the standards of a typical towing company, Allstar went above and beyond by assisting in the clarification of communication with my insurance provider to ensure my complete reimbursment. great company called late and showed up within the hour will refer to friends and family.

called them at 3 am and showed up within 45 min great company thanks.

i had a flat tire and after waiting 3 hrs for another company i called allstar towing and they were there within 20 min of picking up the phone thanks will use again.

dispatcher was very helpfull and nice reasonable and great service.

called these guys and within 15 min i had someone out to me thanks.
