I too am fed up with this clinic. Yesterday i called and listened to their recording 40 times, pressed every button they said, and the recording just recycled over and over. Today at 8:30 I called again and the recording said their office house were 8am-5pm, and the recording recycled again for 22 times before I hung up. I am almost out of my Lorazepam and when/if I can get a refill I will be looking for a new doctor. I would not recommend this clinic. I have been going there for several years, it's convenient, I can walk there, but never have I once met Dr.Calzada, I usually get the PA. I would not recommend this clinic.

I WOULD 'NOT' RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE! THE SERVICE SUCKS, THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE, THEY LOSE MEDICAL REQUEST FORMS ALL THE TIME, YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH HELL JUST TO GET A REFERRAL AND AT THE END OF THE DAY, THEY TAKE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER AND ASK YOU TO LEAVE A MESSAGE IN WHICH THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT.... IS COLLECTING YOUR PAYMENT. CLINIC IS DIRTY AND RUN DOWN AND TO TOP IT OFF, IT SMELLS WORST THAN A WALMART BATHROOM. EWWW!
