Air Castles

I have been trying to book them for 3 weeks now, they dont answer the phone. When they return your call they tell you that they will call back and never do. I am glad this happened before I booked them, it could have turned into a disaster.

I booked 3 wks in advance, called once a week to confirm. Called the day he was suppose to show up and he said yeah we will be there between 6-8 pm (he was coming the night before because it was a big order). He said, "we will call when we are on our way", and he never showed. Ruined everything. I was renting a slide, a dinosaur bouncer perfect for our party theme, a popcorn machine, 3 tables, and ordered a dinosaur pinata. I can tell you that my twin boys were very disappointed. I wonder how they would feel if it happened to them.
