        On May 5th, coming through San Antonio I discovered that the large spring on my little trailer had broken. Searching through the Internet we found Affordable Trailers. I arrived at 8:30 am and Gene Crouch said he had one in front of me, told him I was from out of town and he had me out of there by 10:30. I could not have been treated better or had better service, especially on a Saturday morning. Great location to do business with....

        Don't use them. I was suppose to receive a refund from them on 12/27/2011 and am still waiting. My credit card company has had to intervene in order to get my refund.

        (I had to give them a one star rating, but, I don't believe they deserve one star.)

        The sale was VOIDED in our credit card machine the same day. No money was received from the company but I will gladly refund your money with proof from your bank that the money was deducted from you account. Not a pending transaction Proof as sent to your bank as requested. This company is not made $44.00 at a time. And even though company policy was clearly stated and followed, it was voided to avoid this issue out of good will.

        Affordable Trailers sold me a great trailer and I couldn't beat the price. They got me in and out in no time. A there employees were really helpful.
