AFFORDABLE MOBILE MECHANIC

Not sure about other jobs but nothing more frustrating as a professional than someone making an agreement to service. But after waiting 2 hours, no show, not even a call why.

I hoped this mechanic, Jonathan, would be my "go-to" mechanic, but not the case; day 1, he scheduled time to arrive at my home at numerous different times & didn't keep to any of these times. While changing the oil on my car, he punctured the oil filter w/ a screwdriver to remove it, this didn't work & then stated that he didnt know what to do & he was not going to be able to continue work on the vehicle because he "didn't want to damage the engine anymore", ultimately he was able to get the filter off, luckily, after numerous trips to the auto parts store & complete the job. Finally, the day after the repair, the vehicle began to show "new" symptoms, I called & requested that he come take a look at my vehicle again for which he agreed. He scheduled a time on 1 day, was a no call no show; I called the next day & again he agreed to come take a look at the vehicle & was a no call no show. I hate to leave negative feedback, but this isn't how you run a business or treat your customers.

He has me a true believer that there is honest mechanics this day's and he is my go too mechanic thanks Jonathan
