Advanced Towing and Recovery

My vehicle was towed from an apartment complex near by that was legally parked to my knowledge. The sign they claim stated “reserved parking” was broken/missing and only a pole. Pictures can be provided. My fiancé had possession of the vehicle at this time. The tow company refused to allow him to pick it up due to him not being on the insurance. I was 8 months pregnant/high risk and 3 hours away. Even with this information the tow company refused to offer any assistance with releasing the vehicle to him. No forms or waivers were provided. I personally work in the automotive industry and know for a fact this is not the typical case. The woman I spoke with hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I called back and was ignored. I had to drive 3 hours at 3am and 8 months pregnant with my children to go release the vehicle. We had a family funeral to attend at 10am. They refused to answer the the door upon arrival at scheduled appointment time. The lack of customer service is pathetic and honestly the office lady was a total bitch. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This company is a nightmare.
Poorly operated business with terrible customer service. I had my vehicle towed and when I called in several times with no answer. I reported the vehicle stolen. The business owners cursed at me swore at me and even threatened me over the phone conversations. The business owner literally told me "sir, it was your unlucky night, I'm a bad motherf$&!er, and I towed your vehicle". If your looking for tow service or services rendered by a company like this, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere legitimate.

this ghetto infested, rat infested place is a scam. my car got towed today at 8 pm because i did not park in visitor parking. after calling several timed only to talk to a rude and unprofessional stupid lady not wanting to give me any info on how to get my car back by tonight. finally i made an appt for 10:30 pm to pick up. after driving to the place and waiting. this unintelligent, ghetto man comes out and tries to scam me. he was not answering any of my questions. i became frustrated and so like a stupid child he starts yelling at me and getting in my face and threatening me. i finally call the cops and they come and say that it is a civil manner. the low life tow guy was refusing to give me my car and telling me to come back later this week. he was refusing to take my card. he said since i was asking too many questions and getting frustrated that he would only take cash. then the man left before the cops could even show up. it is now 12:24 am and i am barely getting my car back. this place is filled with low life, crooked, cartel people.

Crooks. Had to use sapd to get my truck out. Cussed out my friend for helping others to be not towed in unmarked area by cvs on 1604 and chase blvd.

The worse customer service I've received in my entire career as a Logistics Specialist in the Navy!!!! One of our government vehicles had to be towed to a near by dealership, the driver was rude, didn't acknowledge me at all and left without the key after I've told him the dealership will need it. I called their dispatch and the lady was rude as well and hanged off the phone on me!! Never again they'll be contracted by the government!!!

I was having an issue with my car it died on me they passed by and offered there helphelp not just to tow but trouble shoot the issue. I was fortunate enough to have them driving by at the right time to bring me home at a fair price����

Was honestly one of the worst experiences I ever had. We lost our keys at a hotel and our car was in the parking garage. The ad said $45 towing, and we asked if it would be a problem that it's in a garage. The lady said no. They had to bring another truck, didn't even tell us it would cost more to do so, and after finally getting the car chained (after being 45 minute late than they said), the guy said the cost was 325 cash or 350 credit. We had to tow it a mile. A MILE. The guy, Eric, was the biggest ***hole I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. He threatened to impound us if we didn't pay up. Didn't give us a receipt for the cash. He just dropped it off at the dealership, didn't even tell us where, we had to call to find out. Other towing companies would've charged us hardly 100.

got in a little fender bender and was dreading the damage to my car. Fortunately, they were able to use their towing car to help me avoid anymore damage to my car. really saved me some extra cash. would definitely recommend.

The person answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. They need to get some new management and straighten this business out.

Selecting a towing truck can be a challenge...not knowing how much it will cost or if the service is good. The reviews said it all and it was better than what I expected. It took 5 minutes to load up the truck. Everything was done in a professional manner. It was affordable too. I recommend this company. Great job Eric!
