Paid $400 for 200 invitations which I provided the paper for and they came out horrible! When I tried to address it with the lady she was very rude and did not want to help me. She said I had to get a lawyer!

This customer coming with not time for her XV she ask for options and ask for made in 1 week we have a record video when she left happy and we have all ready for her and she never complain in the store , customer call by the name of mother in law and we have a policy all are custom made need to claims is same date . She claims after past the quinceanera. We offer the best for our customers. We available to replay in same date or offer options.
