        Overall

        We checked in on Friday September 4, 2015. After being on the road ALL day driving we were ready to relax. When we tried to get in the room our keys didn't work, we had to go back to the office to get new ones, then once we got in our room there were drugs laying on top of the a/c box, and the remote didn't work. I called the front desk, the guy came and handed me batteries, picked up the drugs and walked out laughing. The batteries didn't work for the remote so I had to call the office again and I finally got a remote that worked when it wanted to. When we came in Saturday night our keys didn't work yet again, the TV went on and of by itself at 4:30 in the morning, the remote once again didn't work. I called the front desk to see if we could possibly check out at NOON instead of 11:30 and the RUDE lady at the desk told me she would just give me 15 extra minutes. NOT one time did we receive an apology for ANY of the issues we had. I do NOT recommend anyone EVER to stay here. Especially with the rates as they are and the RUDE employees!!!!
