Red ball taxi

Red ball is definitely the best option! Way better than that shady Green Cab dude that drives like OJ and vapes like its 420. Drivers are always professional and typically on time. Never had any problems! Red Ball cabs are also a lot nicer and maintained than the competition. Drivers are friendly and drive safely!

I got counseled after they made me late to the army formation. Waited an HOUR outside even after i called them 3 times and a female kept saying "he'll be there any minute". Never showed up. Now I'm in trouble

Very inconvenient. Every time i call this place they tell me its going to take 45 minutes for a pick up before i even tell them where I am. So today I called and tried to schedule a pick up in 45 minutes and he told he couldnt do that and it would be an hour. A few weeks ago i called a day in advance and they were still 20 minutes late to take me to my interview. The dispatcher that answers the phone is also very dismissive and disrespectful.

I'm an Active Duty Airman at the local Air Force Base. I would expect that they would serve military better than they do. I have waited hours at a time for one of their taxis to show up. I have missed multiple doctor appointments and lost money I spent on prepaid tickets because of Red Ball's slow, lackluster service. I'm am very disappointed and outraged with Red Ball Taxi service.

I've used them 2 days in a row. Yesterday took an hour to get a ride, and then today I called an hour later to see how much longer it would be and there was no information passed on about me needing a ride. Drivers are told to only care about money instead of trying to get people to there destination. They have to load their taxis up and don't care about the guest getting to there destination. All about $$$

I used to use this company when I was here 10 years ago. I came back, and found that they are rude and a rip off. You're paying a crapload of money for riding in a car, picking everyone else up, and getting to your place (flat rate). We had a rude, condescending young driver. We made a stop, found out we had to change destinations (our fault, completely), but he charged it as another trip, so it was a $40 cab ride around the town. Not going to use it again.

Myself and 7 friends called Red Ball Taxi at 11:04 pm. The cab picked us up at 1:07 am. Please never use this company. They are rude and terrible at their jobs. Ask anyone who has used this company before and I guarantee you they will tell you the same thing.
