Utah's Best Vacation Rentals

Just wanted to drop a line and tell you that our family enjoyed our stay at The Gathering Place. My family enjoyed getting together and I would like to use your agency again when we hold our family reunions.

Do not rent by the week from this company! They are renting homes that are in violation of SLC Ordinance 5.134.020, an ordinance which has been in effect since 1990, which basically states that homes cannot be rented on a short term basis (less than 30 days). This company is also in the real estate business and the home we stayed in was "for sale" which means they may sell the home you elected to book months in advance.

The house we rented was nice but our experience with Utah's Best Vacation Rental was HORRIBLE. It was a money grubbing, disappointing experience which left a bad after taste on our family reunion. We won't rent with them again. Triple check everything before you deal with this company. Rebecca Williams

Loved the service and the beautiful Chateau Bellavista Estate we stayed in was simply amazing. I would for sure recommend this company to anyone looking for great, quality, affordable lodging. The biggest complaint for us was having to actually leave the place to conduct business. It was so fun! Thanks UBVR!
