        Dishonest dishonest dishonest

        I rented a property from them for a year and when we moved in, all the things they promised would be fixed, were't including pet urine stained, reeking carpet, no working swamp cooler in the middle of summer, and black mold in the bathrooms. For a year we pestered them, repaired most things ourselves, and they fixed one thing right before we moved. Then, they took almost our entire deposit for a variety of dishonest reasons. I've rented several properties and never had my deposit stolen or docked because I leave places immaculate. This company is full of crooks. Everyone you talk to will tell you it is someone else in the company's fault and then lie when you ask more direct questions. Do not do business with these people!
