Overall

Terrible, incompetent, stay away

These people lie and cheat. The technician they sent out didn't know what he was doing and then proceeded to lie about what he did do so they could bill me. In the end they gave me a bill for $275. For doing absolutely nothing. Don't do business with these criminals.
