I've had nothing but great experiences here, I went and had my First Glamour Photo eight years ago. And it turned out just Gorgeous, never thought I could look like that. Cynthia is a great Photographer, and quite knowledgeable in her craft, very satisfied with my experiences here. Me and my Daughters just recently had a sitting and had a great time. Just waiting to see the end result, have always liked Jay lynn. Was where I had my first baby picture taken in the 50's. Man, I'm 62 now. I'm sorry you all had a bad experience, though.

This is by far the worst photography business ever! Do not go to them for your wedding. They are fake, don’t spend the quality time needed on editing your photos, take forever to get back to you, and make you feel like a burden for asking questions or wanting the editing done well, even if they were the one who made the mistake. Please take my advice, don’t go to them and work with another photographer! Kristen is by far the most unprofessional of all. Calling herself a photographer seems like an insult to real photographers! Read the rest of this review if you want examples: When we were deciding if we should work with them, they seemed good because their pictures they showed us were good and they seemed like they knew what they were talking about with editing and everything you asked if they could provide they said yes. They pull you in by saying you get two photographers the day of your wedding, all the original pictures, and a free hair and makeup session for your bridals. Sounds like a good deal, right? WRONG! What they don’t tell you is that the pictures they were showing you were from a different photographer who won’t be taking your pictures and doesn’t even work there anymore. The two photographers who will be taking your pictures would be Kristen, a girl right out of school who doesn’t have any experience, is extremely unprofessional, fake, and who won’t spend any quality time on editing your pictures and will give you crappy finished work and get annoyed with you when you ask her to do it right. And the other photographer, who although extremely nice, won’t take candid shots because it’s not his “style” and only wanted to take forced poses, he would take too much time on one single shot so you don’t have time for all of the shots you originally asked for, and he smelled like cigarette smoke. Luckily I asked for a practice for my hair and makeup for my bridals, because Cynthia made me look like a drag queen. It looked nothing like the pictures I showed her. My experience with them was awful! The only reason we stuck with them was because we signed a contract. They made us feel like we were a nuisance for wanting our pictures edited correctly.

Garbage so unprofessional poor quality photography. So over priced for the amateur work!! Very unhappy limited background choices not a good place to have a baby or child photographed. Way over priced for the poor quality of work. Cheapest package 200 haha adorable .ya right!!! Shop around people do settle for this place.

Great Studio and great experience! Everyone was so friendly and really made us feel very welcome! I came in with my two sons and my husband and you know when dealing with men, they hate getting their photos taken; however, time flew by and we all had such a great time that we almost forgot we were in a photography studio. Anyways, we really love JayLynn!

JayLynn Photography Studios were complete professionals! My family enjoyed our experience and felt right at home with our photographer. The environment was great and we were able to take a variety of shots provided in their studio. we thought having family members with disabilities would be a concern but JayLynn Studios took care of us and went at a pace that made us feel important and special. I would recommend JayLynn Studios to anyone looking to make a family memory look its best.

My family and I went through JayLynn for our family portraits. We went into the canyon for the fall autumn leaves and scenery. The photographer knew the best spots and was very fun and professional! We had quite a few younger kids with us but the photographer was very patient and they listened to him! The overall experience was a great time, we almost forgot we were getting our pictures done. The finishing look of our portraits were fantastic! We will for sure be working with them again.

I am honestly really suprised about the negative posts about Jaylynn Studios! As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted immediately and with the warm atmosphere I really felt like family. Dave, the owner, was the person I set up my appointment with, and he was so nice and fun to talk with. He really gets you feeling like your important and that really meant a lot to my family and I. The photographer Jacques( I think that's how you spell it) was amazing, not only was he very funny and likeable but you could tell he really knew his stuff! Overall my experience was very excellent, even ordering the pictures gives you a sense of importance! You are taken in a private room and shown your pictures on a big screen and the entire process wasn't rushed at all! The photos turned out beautiful and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be returning to JayLynn in the near future!

This place is terrible!!! Got my family photo tooken the photography drop my daughter not once but twice! after we stated she not able to sit on her own yet at 5months and than when it came to paying, that lady were all were worrying about money!! it was insane! she keep on cropping our photo for more money even through we love our picture the way it was before trying to talk us out with our own liking!!! they took our money and didn't hear from them at all!!! I dont know why its expensive??? its not that great as they stated. My own 10year old knows how to photoshop like they do and its not compliment am giving them. I can get a great deal with a frame not overprice for a piece of crave wood i truly don't like... I had my husband do all the talking before i freaked out! Thank god for him. p.s. they are just like kmart but overprice for a crappy picture of nothing but photoshop that doesn't look like us and way phony!
