HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

These people sell substandard parts and they do not honor their own warranty when the crap parts they sell you break. Steer clear of these folks. They will let you down and try to get more of your money. Go somewhere else.

They don't stand by their work. For them to say that is total BS... Note 5 owner here. I had them fix the screen and the glass top started to pick up from the lcd. And also a hairline crack started forming next to the top speaker later running the length of the phone. I could not get in asap because my job runs longer than the hours they are open. I went in to get it repaired because it was a defective product. They would not replace the screen even though they both agreed that the edge of the glass was lifting and there was no inpact on the screen.

This place really sucks I took my phone in my note 3 to have repaired on my LCD digitizer to tell me they can get the part in three days it took them almost 2 weeks and when they went to put it in the park they couldn't give my phone to work properly the tour my phone down the pieces that didn't need to be torn down so now my phone doesn't work at all these guys don't know what they're doing or used to be the repair business I could get a better job I just didn't have time is guys are not sound the right assembly parts the sound burned-out pieces these pieces are not original parts to the phones and charging you Armorlite for the parts to me it seems like they're taking advantage of people to make a lot of money I would never use them or recommend this company ever you never know what you get because it seems to me some of the people I talk to have no knowledge and the lack of communication sucks they don't answer their phone I don't return your calls this company will not last long as I keep doing the weather doing train your customers and lying to them

Fantastic service! They fixed my smashed up iPad in less than 24 hours and were extremely affordable. It would have cost me three times the amount to have Apple repair the screen, not to mention the turn around time (it would have been at least 3 days to send it in to apple for a refurbished iPad) . They also guarantee their work and strive for fabulous customer service. They went above and beyond, I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to anyone who needs an Apple product serviced.

I took my IPod in for a repair, they replaced a part I didn't need then told me they needed another part which wasn't in stock. They told me the part they had ordered would arrive on the following tuesday at the latest. I called tuesday night before closing time because I hadn't heard from them and they said the part would be in thursday or friday, when I called friday they didn't know who I was or anything about my IPod, so my husband called back and he was told the part should arrive the following tuesday. So I guess only time will tell if I ever get my IPod back... Next time I will just send it in to Apple.
