Overall

Was going there to check out some cross-trainers, but after these reviews, I will not step foot in the showroom. Wise up Champion Fitness, or you will be out of business soon.

Absolutely terrible service. ...

Absolutely terrible service. They are only nice when they sell you the product, and after that they don't even bother to call you back when you need a service call. Been waiting over a week to even come out to take a look at a product I bought from them. I finally got fed up and called the manufacturer and they are sending out someone from a different service provider, because when I called today I was told that they had new installs so they wouldn't be able to get to my appointment. Really? You push off your existing clients just so that you can gain new ones? That's not a good way to conduct business.

Pay attention to reviews

These guy's are not very good at much. If you pay attension to the reviews you should have a good idea that these people are not very good business managers. And do not take care of there costomers. It could be you next. do you want to take that chance? Or would you rather go to someone with a better reputation.

Sucky Service!

I think it is funny that they sell you a treadmill and bad mouth all the other brands that are sold at Costco and other chain stores telling you that you won't ever be able to get it serviced and that their's is built to last several years. Then, after I shell out thousands of dollars and there is something that goes wrong with it just one month after they install it, they tell me it is too far to drive (40 minutes) for them and "the next time they get a service call in my area, they will schedule my service". WHAT???? I finally get through that episode after FOUR phone calls and 4 weeks. Now, a couple years later, I have to call them for more service. I really didn't want to, but because they are the only authorized dealers of our brand, they are the only ones that can get the parts (I tried. I called around). So, I call them and they tell me the parts will be in in 7-10 days. After 3 WEEKS they call me and schedule the service. The bar that you hold on to, to steady yourself is loose, but I figure he will fix that since he is replacing the deck and the belt. Since it will be all apart anyway, all they have to do is tighten a bolt. But, of course, they didn't. Not only did they not do that, but they didn't reassemble the unit correctly. Now the rail that you stand on when getting off the belt is loose (never was before). So, now the rail is loose and bar is loose. WARNING about these guys that try to sell you on all their "great quality and great service". Just buy 3 Costco treadmills and put two in storage. When one breaks, throw it away and pull out a new one. You will still be saving money (ours cost more than 3 of the highest end Costco treadmills with more features than the one we bought) and you will be saving the pain of having to deal with Champion Fitness service.
