Our firm uses Alpine exclusively. The quality of work they provide far excels their unusually low cost. We actually complain, albeit quietly and in-house, when another firm chooses a different reporting service. With Alpine we know we will get an accurate transcript quickly. With others, accuracy is rarely a problem but time is.



We also use Alpine because they go out of their way to meet our needs. If we have a client meeting with too many people to fit in our offices, Alpine has always been able, and willing, to provide us a room--generally at no or little cost. Likewise, they are very forgiving when circumstances change and we have to reschedule on a moment's notice.



We are VERY satisfied with Alpine and do not anticipate changing any time soon.

First-class operation from A to Z. Ideal option for solo practitioners or small firms who either can't accommodate all parties/attorneys or simply do not want to bring a case into their office. Their physical facilities in downtown Salt Lake and Provo (we used both) are comfortable and Alpine does NOT skimp on the fruit, bagels, cookies and drinks. We used a videographer in addition to traditional transcription. Both went off without a hitch. Their deposition package with exhibits is top flight. Principal and staff could not be more pleasant or professional. I will use these guys again and again and again.

I needed to schedule a deposition last minute in Salt Lake. Alpine had a reporter and a their own room in Salt Lake City making my job much easier. The reporter was accurate and professional. They even went above and beyond with plenty of drinks and treats to keep us going during the deposition.

Their office was easy to find and service-top notch. I had a three hour videoconference with seven attorneys and not a problem at all. Since we were from out of town, we appreciated the Einstein Bagels, fresh coffee and fresh fruit trays they supplied.
