Magic Mart

I love MM! don't always have what I am looking for but I have never had a problem

Nothing magic about this place. I recently moved to the area and wasnt aware of the stores complete rip off return policy on clearance merchandise. I purchased a comforter bedding set which was way overpriced even on clearance and when I got it home and saw how poor the quality of it also was I naturally decided to return it. Futhermore I found a better deal on something similar at Walmart and the quality was also considerably better. However when I attempted to return it I was told I could only receive store credit even though I had my receipt and had only purchased it a few days earlier. I feel like as a customer Im being penalized for shopping there.Anyway I dont plan to again and Im wondering how this place evencontinues to stay in business. On the upside they seem to have a nice shoe selection but I still plan to shop elsewhere from now on.

i love this store they are very organized. i dont know why that girl below me said that ...it was very rude. i love the workers there they always compliment me and are very nice i actually have some of them as friends on facebook.they are very nice, treat people the way you wanna be trerated :)

ive been there several times and each time i go the service is unfriendly and if you ask for help finding something you just inconvienced the workers and they show it! there was one worker in the back withbraids older darker gentlemen was super sweet cashiers suck...does anybody hire people with customer service experience anymore?very rude staff..needs major improvement
