The drivers are polite and honest. I've never had to wait a very long time for my cab to arrive. The drivers take me the quickest way to my destination to save me money. I can't say enough about good things about Around Towne Taxi. They are the only cab company I will use!

Ordered a pick up, taxi was here in reasonable expected time, driver was courteous and professional, fair was comparably priced to other cab companies in this area, taxi was clean as was the driver.

I planned a two-night trip to Bend from Salem, and pre-purchased my $38 ticket for the Valley Retriever bus, scheduled to depart Salem at 7:55am. Not wanting to leave my car parked in the Amtrak lot for two nights (and the closest bus route more than a mile away) I called Around Towne taxi the afternoon before, with a request to be picked up no later than 7:25am the following morning. The person I spoke with said they would plan to pick me up about 7:15am. 7:15 ... 7:20 ... 7:25 passed. I called to ask “where ARE you?” Person who answered didn’t have me on his pick up schedule, and was too far away to drive to my location and deliver me to the Amtrak station in time. So, I had no choice but to drive and park at Amtrak — or miss the bus and forfeit my ticket money. Needless to say, Around Towne is off my list!

I have had nothing but good service from this company. Makes me wonder if Reggie and Kate are from Yellow Cab? I've never had a driver smoke in the taxi and the times I have needed rides they are prompt and once have even been given a discount at times. BEST taxi company BY FAR.

The worst cab company in Salem BY FAR! Unreliable drivers and use shady business tactics like a previous reviewer indicated.

Took me home from the local watering hole after a few too many drinks. They were there promptly after I called their 24 hour hour hotline.
