Our family has been going there for 8 years for treatment and members have always been pleased with this clinic, their service and quality of care. The low cost for this non-invasive and very specialized treatment is a bargain for the benefit it does for your body. This treatment utilizes the sonic method following 3 dimensional xrays to geometrically locate the needed area for treatment. This allows for highly accurate focus to the patient's area of need for adjustment. No hand manipulation needed! Our daughter's eyesight was returned after 2.5 years of blindness incurred from a fall utilizing this sonic method (in TN). Our son's temporary paralysis, first diagnosis was a stroke, of his right side (from lifting a tractor part) was relieved and his body function restored through this clinic by their expert care. My husband's severe migraines, nausea and reflux is relieved through their exact upper cervical advanced adjustment of his neck. I am very thankful for the fine doctors at the Pierce Clinic in St. Pete, FL. We live an hour away and the drive is totally worth the miles and time to come here regularly, as needed, instead of to a closer local clinic.

The doctors at Pierce Clinic are unparalleled to many around. Dr. Josh Silver, who treats me, is very open and constantly educating himself to better treat his patients. He is a phenomenal doctor who is very passionate about helping his patients. My child, who is treated by Dr. Duyen Ngo has a way with children for sure. My child can be unruly as she thinks every doctor is her friend, but Dr. Ngo gets her complete cooperation. She too, has treated me when I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Silver due to my crazy schedule and I can say she is very caring and ensures you understand what’s going on. Both doctors are very caring and professional. Coming from a traditional chiropractic background, these doctors have really helped me grasp what upper cervical care is and why it’s so important that there is precision in ensuring C1 or the atlas is aligned as properly as possible. Give them a chance and you will see how wonderful not only the staff, experience, care, but the complete life change is. I personally drive an hour to see them for my appointments. They are so worth it

I was in an accident on I-275 30 yrs ago. I went to two "crack your back" type chiropractors and it didn't work. 20 years ago I was in a minor accident. Dr. Pierce's office was close and I thought all chiropractors were the same, so I went there. I was surprised to find out that he wasn't a "crack your back" kind of doctor and it worked. When my second daughter was born, spinal delivery, she had terrible colic. My neighbors still remember me walking the baby 8pm-11:30pm and the poor thing just screaming her lungs out. After 4 months of colic one of my dear friends suggested chiropractor. Of course I took her to Dr. Pierce and that week after her first adjustment the colic was gone!!! I would never have thought they were related; spinal delivery (back of baby's skull is facing my spine - more pushing for the birth) and colic. The pediatrician said colic was gastrointestinal distress. ALL of the doctors on staff are excellent chiropractors, it works, and it is gentle enough for babies.

Everyone should learn about Atlas Orthogany. This therapy is the most specific to a person's individual need. I was in a serious motorcycle accident. Many bones were broken and I had extensive soft tissue injuries. It was Pierce Chiropractic Clinic that got me walking again and living a full life without drugs or surgery. My family & I have received upper cervical chiropractic for decades. We've been going to Pierce Clinic for years. During this time we had multiple doctors. They were all very professional.

It was hard for my family & I to explain our different Chiropractic needs over & over again every time a new Doc came in.

The last time we were in, we saw a brand new Chiropractor who we didn't get to know.

A couple of weeks ago I had a lot of pain in my back & neck mainly due to an obstructed colon.

I called & asked if I could get in ASAP & explained my situation.

The receptionist was very cold & uncaring. She told me she had nothing for a week.

Now, If I had a Doc who knew me & my history, then maybe they would've been kind enough to stay an extra 10 minutes after hours to help a patient in need.

As a result of the above. I found another doctor at another clinic & found some relief.

Pierce Clinic lost 3 clients as a result of someone not caring & denying to help a patient in need. Very sad...

I am a baseball player and i had to get shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum, when after 2 yrs it still wasn't feeling the way it should when i would pitch my wife told me about Dr. Pierce and what his practice did for people. I, being a baseball player that doesn't believe anything can be done that i couldn't do myself, decided to check it out and after about 3 weeks of correction on my atlas the pain was subsiding and i am now playing again thanks to Dr. Pierce.

My experience at The Pierce Clinic? Where to begin - I came in with severe neck pain. After a couple of x-rays, they did the adjustment on me. I didn't know what to expect. I was asked to lay on my side and they brought the machine to my neck. It never touched my neck. And after about 10 seconds it was over with. My pain was immediately gone. I was totally amazed. I would recommend this Procedure for anyone who wants their life back pain free.

I had chronic fatigue, and since coming here I have so much more energy. The difference in how I feel is night and day. I also was in pain all the time, which also affected my energy level.

After my adjustment at the Pierce Clinic of Chiropractors I was pain free for the first time in over five years. I left that day feeling like a new person and enjoying life like I have not been able to in a long time. Everyone here has been amazing and are a blessing to me and my family.

I came to the Pierce Clinic upon recommendation of a few coworkers. I attended one of the movie nights and thought, "Wow, this seems pretty amazing. I want it to work for me."



Over the course of 15 years I had spells of muscle spasms across my shoulders which would pinch nerves and cause pain in my arms, numbness in my fingers, and an overall feeling of just feeling bad all the time. The constant pain was overwhelming- I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.



All that changed after my first adjustment. I put my faith in Dr. Stan and the concept. The pain eased up as my body started to repair itself. I started to feel good again. I am so thankful for the treatment I receive from Dr. Stan and his staff.

Prior to coming to see the clinic our children suffered from numerous ailments such as severe asthma, severe digestive issues, among other things. Dr. Pierce and his staff have been amazing at treating all of the ailments. My daughter has not had an asthma flare up in nearly three years. Winters used to be dreaded by our family fearing the worst with the asthma. If my daughter feels even the least bit ill we go see Dr. Pierce and he adjusts her preventing any chance of asthma. We have been able to eliminate all medications, the only treatment she ever needs is an occasional adjustment from the clinic and her body has been able to miraculously heal itself thanks to the skilled doctors at the clinic.



As far as the other family members, we have been able to relieve constipation, digestive issues, allergy related circle under the eyes, as well as many other symptoms of incomplete health. The Pierce Clinic has enabled our family to allow our bodies to restore themselves back to the natural state of health, the way God intended our bodies to be. Thank you so very much!

My wife and I have traveled as much as 800 miles to the Pierce Clinic just to have Dr. Stan adjust us.. Reason why? He is the worlds best! We know, we have been seen by others, however, Dr. Stan will now be the only one to adjust our atlas.
