Love this pack and ship! I had to send a very big package to Europe and they gave me great advice on how to do it properly and save money. Employes are very nice and helpful. I've only used this pack and ship it ever since!

Hello everyone reading reviews regarding Family Pak and Ship! I just wanted to give you all a bit of info. My husband Fred and I bought this store in March this year (2019), we are the new owners and we look forward to helping you with your packing and shipping needs as well as with all the other services our store offers: USPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS shipping services and freight. We also offer copying and fax, shredding, translation services, notary, mailbox rental, fingerprinting services, shipping supplies and greeting cards.
We're open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturday. We go fishing on Sunday :)

DO NOT USE THEM. The Owner Raman will lie to you. I used them to ship 2 packages which they lost. Iv been dealing with him for months about getting my money back since I insured them with him. I have learned that he didn't insure them for the money I requested. Plus he sent me a check for half the amount that said final payment on the check. I called him and he said I will send another one out to cover the rest. I never got the other check and he wont return my calls. I wish I could go there but I live many states away. Do not trust him as you can see from other reviews online.

The guy was honest. That's about the only good thing from my experience this evening.



I dropped off 4 packages. 1 Medium sized, and 3 very small. All had paid priority postage on them. It just happen to be that I was in a hurry and couldn't make it to the post office. He said he couldn't take them. I asked why, and he said because he will make no money off them. That was the good part. He was honest at least. I told him I knew he wouldn't make money off them, they would just sit there for pickup tomorrow.



Eventually he said he would take them this one time, but I said since it made him uncomfortable, don't worry about it. As I was leaving, a post truck pulled into a nearby neighborhood. I followed them and asked if they would take them. They did. I went about my schedule.



It just sucked that the guy was the way he was about the whole situation. He wasn't going to be out anything. He just had to put them with the other USPS packages for tomorrow. Maybe he was just having a bad day.
