I had a terrible experience at this store. The consultant was very rude and I felt like she was yelling at me during the entire appointment. I am an average size girl and the whole appointment I was made to feel "plus size" even though I'm not. The consultant and owner were somewhat pushy which is a major turn off for me. All in all I walked out of the store feeling terrible about myself and almost in tears. This was my first time ever trying on dresses so I did not know what to compare it to, but after going to other dress shops I was blown away how different it was. I had a much much much better experience at other bridal stores and felt like the consultants at other stores listened to me 10 times better. I would not recommend anyone going to this store for a wedding dress.

We had nothing but the best experience with Enchanted Bride. We looked and shopped at several other bridal shops, but found nothing to compare to the quality, price, or attention that we found at The Enchanted Bride. We have had 2 daughters get married and both times the staff at Enchanted Bride was helpful, caring and professional. Both of my daughters' weddings were made special by the service and care that we received from this amazing store. The wedding gowns were absolutely gorgeous and both girls wish they could "live" in their dresses! We also purchased the bridesmaids dresses from The Enchanted Bride and they, too, turned out fabulous! We recommend this wonderful bridal store to all of our family and friends. In fact, two of our nieces chose to purchase their wedding gowns at The Enchanted Bride and were extremely happy that they did so! I think their tailoring is outstanding and the seamstresses are miracle workers!!! It is rare to find a store these days where the staff - and the owner - are genuinely concerned and make every effort to help make your special day the beautiful memory of your dreams! Winnie is a blessing to every bride-to-be who walks into her store!

So they basically told me I too big to shop in their store, and my price range was too small. I was extremely upset when I left this store because of how they treated me. I would definitely stay away from this place. If I could rate them with less than one star, I would!
