T&T Nails Spa

Appointments mean nothing! I waited over an hour because I had to have my nails done for an appointment tomorrow. I will not go back!

It was absolutely horrible. I asked for a pedicure and full set with gel. I received a pedicure skipped a lot of steps then he was just going to paint my nails. I stopped him and asked aren't you going to put the nails on, he responded yes and kept going. Finally I told him to stop and asked for the owner. She stated that he taught her, I asked for clear and then painted I received white tips and he skipped a lot of steps. I had to go to another nails salon and have them fix my nails. I will never go back there it was as if I was bothering them. The BBB needs to look at them again.

2 days ago I got a pedicure! Worse service ever!! Let me start with when someone wants a pedicure it's because they want to relax and have pretty feet.. Well 2 days ago I went there and I got this older lady who seen nice. everything went fine until she scrubbed the hell out my feet ,soo hard to the point that I was bleeding. I told her to stop because it was painful and she kept on doing it. I have a big deep cut like the size of a quarter, after I told her to stop a couple more times she finally stop and did the rest like nothing happen. When I complained she said I probably had it before I got there. The other lady " who seem the boss or something" kept on apologizing but still tried to charge me full prize. I end up paying 18 dollars for something that I should've not paid. Now I can't even walk because it hurst soo much.I have infection and my experience was not relaxing at all!!!! Never coming back!! I mean I understand people make mistakes and nobody is perfect but the way they handle was rude.

I definitely recommend this place to everyone! The salon is super clean and fresh. I have not been to a cleaner one in awhile. The mani/pedi are just right! The nail techs take their time and make sure you leave very happy!

I had the deluxe ped/mani in this place on 12/27/14. I love this place. The price is reasonable and the shop is so clean. Everyone there is so friendly. They remember you by name. I definitely recommend this place.

Been coming here since they opened, but looking for new place to go. Lately, they have been slacking big time! I didn't get a massage with my manicure, nope he just skipped over that step. I had he older guy this last time, same guy, think his name is Henry, rubbed the side of my foot so hard it's still has a sore on it from two weeks ago! He massaged one leg for the normal time, then the other one for maybe a minute if that! I noticed they skip steps too, I guess to get you out of there quicker. I had no base coat on gel nails, so they don't change color like they should. Took my daughter in for a eyebrow wax and was way too hot, almost dripped in her eye and she had blisters for two weeks! Ridiculous, it's like they get an attitude when you walk in. I'll find some other nail place that will do the job right without the attitude, too expensive to be skipping steps, especially the massage, that's the best part! Also, they do not sterilize their implements, such as nail files, buffers, cuticle snippets, etc. and I'm a good tipper on top of it, I would think they would be more than happy to wait on me, but I guess not! I'll give my money to someone who does the job right and is actually happy to do the job!

Excellent nail tech, the salon is very clean also, A++ rating for the prices they charge. Will be back for sure.
