- OUR STORY: Fred Rottler purchased his first spray tank and started a small pest control business in 1956 with a $10 loan from his wife’s aunt. I manage a apartment building with 4 one bedroom units located in St.louis Mo. Rotter treated my apartment building for German cockroaches. The rottler man was very understanding,helpful, friendly and worked hard to get the job done. Thank you, for and outstanding job and eliminating our roach problems.
This is a great pest control company! They came out and treated my mom's house for spiders, and we haven't seen any since. They continue to treat her house every other month, and we couldn't ask for better service. They really know their stuff when it comes to unwanted pests in your house!
These guys are awesome. I had brown recluse in the home I purchased and they were there to treat the house the next day. Adam comes out and treats the house every other month and I am yet to see another bug, spider or otherwise.
I contacted Rottler initially to get rid of spiders in my home. The inspector who came out to my home was courteous, well-spoken and very knowledgeable in his field. I was surprised, to tell you the truth, I didn't expect such professionalism out of a pest control company. He did a great job of explaining exactly what he found as I followed him around while he inspected the whole house top to bottom. At first I will admit I was a little leary, as their prices were considerably higher than a few other companies I had also gotten bids from, but because the inspector took the time to explain everything so thoroughly to me, about their company, their money back guarantee as well as the benefits of their "all covered" ongoing maintenance program and what exactly they were going to do to remedy my problem, I took a chance and went with their service program. They come out to my home every other month to spray and check the sticky traps that are throughout the house. I have been so impressed with their service overall, not to mention I haven't seen a spider in months! I like knowing that if my wife sees a mouse or if we get a wasps' nest out by the swingset, all I have to do is call them and they'll come out and take care of the problem at no additional cost. It's like insurance for a bug free home. My technician calls me to let me know that he will be coming to do my service every time, and if I need to reschedule he is always accomodating. Plus it is always the same tech who comes out, which is nice because my wife and I both feel comfortable letting him in our house without any reservation. If you're just looking for the cheapest price you can get for somebody to spray your house, then Rottler is probably not the company for you. So think twice when garbling over price--trust your instincts, you get what you pay for! Bill S.
I called to get pricing from Rottler and it was outrageous, $180 for the first service & that was with discounts! They also wanted me to commit to a every other month program. When I told them the pricing was too high, they called back with discounts, when I told them I had found another company to use they called back with more discounts. Why couldn't they have provided a fair price to begin with?
