Excellent service for my Ford Explorer. I really appreciate the outstanding service by the office staff and the technicians. They new what they were doing from the start. Like driving a new car again. I will only trust my car and will highly recommend Quality Transmission.

Quality Transmission provided excellent service for my Dodge Durango. I broke records at the shop for the worst air filter. Apparently, other reputable service shops took advantage of me and did not complete all their check list. Quality Transmission provided a very thorough transmission check and services to my vehicle all in a friendly family owned environment. I will always trust my cars to Quality Transmission. I got a great deal on my transmission and installed it myself. I had a slight problem that I caused after the installation and they stood behind their warranty and made the adjustment and got me on the road again. I love to drive my truck once again. Thanks guys!

I rolled into Quality Transmission as a last ditch effort to see if they could diagnose shifting issues I was having with my Ranger, this, just four days after having the clutch replaced. Thinking major transmission issues were on the horizon, I was toying with the idea of not dropping anymore money into this vehicle and just purchasing something else. Pat had Gary look at the problem and he quickly figured out it wasn't the tranny at all but a known issue of Ford hydraulic clutch systems being very difficult to bleed, hence, air was in the system causing loss of clutch functionality. Gary spent over an hour bleeding the system and checking it out. In the end...shifting was back to normal and as smooth as silk. After Pat presented me with the bill I almost couldn't believe what he was charging based on the time spent. I'd say I stole the service with how cheap it was. I still don't know why he charged so little but I appreciate it. While waiting for service to be completed Pat took numerous phone calls and could easily diagnose transmission issues over the phone for people. I think he keeps a "little black book" with crib notes. A mechanic who can do this, and be right, saves everyone time and money. As an engineer I know my limitations and typically do all my own truck repairs, however, I some cases I know when to leave things to the pros. I'm adding Quality Transmission to my list of preferred places when I need transmission work performed. Thanks again QTS!

I stopped by to get my engine oil changed and while changing the oil they noticed an issue with the transmission fluid. Rather than try to sell me a transmission rebuild they offered a fluid and filter change as a possible solution. They asked that I drive for a couple of weeks and return to confirm there is nothing more serious. The return visit was quick / easy and they assured me that there were no further issues. It's nice to build a relationship with a family owned business that takes excellent care of their customers. I will trust Quality Transmission for all my car issues as I feel they are honest and will not sell unnecessary services. I trust Quality Transmission to deliver honest, expert service advice.
