Demolition
"When we decided to remodel our master bath one of the few things that we knew we wanted for sure was AJ Borzillo as our general contractor. We knew that the job would be top quality, and, just as importantly, we completely trusted Mike and his crew to do the demolition and the construction without disruption to the house and the dogs. The project entailed accessing the master bedroom. Every precaution was taken to minimize dust. Every night the job site was left tidy and clean. Planning the project was the longest phase by far. We were not sure what we wanted. Mike never rushed us and was available for several consultations well before we had even signed the contract. He made several invaluable suggestions. Once we made our final decisions it was full speed ahead. Workers showed up as scheduled, on time and were always professional and pleasant. We love the finished product. Mike was able to take our fragmented wish list and synthesize it into a bathroom that is exactly what we wanted – practical, clean lines, understated yet elegant – with the added luxuries of a heated floor and steam shower.
