ABC Checker Cab Company

I had a ride scheduled to the airport at 4:15AM back in September of this year. They never showed up, nor did they cancel. I called when minutes were ticking by the scheduled pick up time. They basically said "sorry, we don't have enough drivers". I would have missed my flight if I had waited any longer causing me one big expense. Never again will I depend on them!

Have used this company twice for scheduled pickups for trips to the airport. Dispatch can take a bit to get on the phone (was put on hold for a few minutes each time), but the service was worth the wait. Both vehicles were cleaner and better maintained than the average taxi I've been in. Scheduled pickup was on-time. Both drivers were pleasant and professional. In fact, on last trip, driver was paying so good attention to the road that he miraculously avoided getting run into by a car running a downtown red light. Not sure that would've been the case with all cab drivers. I've been pleased with this service so far. Will use them again.

HORRIBLE! In need of a cab, because my husband is stuck with my car. Apperantly, they own ABC and CRYSTAL Cab service...It's the same company?? Looks like I am walking home in the pouring rain at 7:00am from work, the man who answered is rude and told me twice he can not have a cab come this way to get me, even though they service this area 24 hours! He will be losing buisness because of where I work, I will no longer recommend them to our guests or hand out cards! Really terrible way to do buisness!

Unbelievable service. Hung up while I was mid sentence requesting service. Ridiculous.

Reserved a cab to St Louis Airport because my daughter, who we were visiting, took sick. No mention at reservation that our pickup time was at peak time, compounded by Cardinals opening day. When I called after the pickup time, the dispatcher said no driver had yet been assigned. Not my idea of customer service.

A pleasant and helpful person answered the phone and scheduled my pickup. The driver was early, he was polite, and the cab was spotless. The price was as quoted. Will call again.

I especially liked the quick, honest, courteous, dispatchers. I've always had a good experience with ABC/Checker!
