Taco John's

I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered the "love em" size of buffalo boneless wings. Which their outside menu clearly states that their wing sizes are "try em, love em, and share em." The employee taking me order acted like I was an idiot and got another co-worker to tell me that their sizes are small, medium, and large. I then ordered a medium and they put in that I ordered a large. So, I had to pay $9.99, instead of $5.99. When I asked if I could have ranch, they informed me that I would have to pay for it. Even if I just ordered ten dollars worth of buffalo wings, I have to pay for a side of ranch to dip. Which, if you don't know already, is ridiculous. To put the cherry on my sundae, they did not give me a fork. So, I had to use my fingers to pick my wings up and dip them in my ranch. Thank you, Taco John's on Mitchell, for finally giving me a good enough reason to never eat at your food chain again.

Oh for fraks sake already! WHAT ARE THE HOURS!! Seems like i've been out there at 7am before, and they were open for breakfast, but I don't wanna drive all the way out there and be wrong. Darn it. As a review, I go to this location only, in town. They almost never fail on accuracy of order, which I always feel like is the number 1 when it comes to any fast food restuarant. And when they do fail, a simple phone call is all it takes, and they always make it right, usually with a refund via mailed coupon, which is super convenient. Only reason for sub 5 star rating, is they play it fast and loose with the amount of hot sauce cups ordered vs recieved.
